TORO Y MOI - ah, even the artist's name conjures up pleasant memories of the beach. Or anything vaguely relaxing. Toro Y Moi is the stage name used by recording artist Chazwick Bundick. His music has taken a few twists and turns but now, he is currently identified as the chillwave movement of the summer. His use of layers of synthesizers to create an atmosphere of electronic sounds is the main culprit for the hazy and warm vibe of his music. Plus his breathy, soft voice and danceable sound makes for a perfect summer day. What's not to love?
