TING TINGS: Be The One (The Japanese Popstars Remix)

I found this first at WeLikeItIndie and then over at KID CITY.
To start it off, the Japanese Popstars are an Irish House/ Electronica dj-production extravaganza. These guys have been dropping hits since 2006 and although this isn't the first remix I've heard of Be The One, it certainly is the most entertaining.

This track is a hit from many music blogs, and I sure as hell am one of the fans. The Hood Internet makes good with this mash-up of Estelle and Kanye West's American Boy and The Ting Tings' Shut Up and Let Me Go. The show gained cult status when groups of talented artists (The Ting Tings, The Roots and Mark Kozelek of Sun Kil Moon, The Red House Painters and hip hop legend Biz Markie to name a few) lending artistry and quirk to the dull children's songs of today.
