Get Lucky (Twelves Remix) - New Young Pony Club via Zshare (link removed)

I've heard the original and the remix is waaay better than it is, I must agree with TMTPC. These good-looking five piece electro band from London is a newly added fave to my list. New Young Pony Club slightly reminds us of Peaches, don't you agree? The track is the best in this list--now give it some love.

That's it for this week!

Here is the rest of the list:

NEW REMIX #1 : Madonna - "Music" (Groove Armada Remix)

NEW REMIX #2 : Frank Musik - When You're Around (Boys Noize Remix)

NEW REMIX #3 : Vampire Weekend - "Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa" (The Teenagers Remix)

NEW REMIX #4: The Killers - "Human" (Christian Vorbau Remix)

NEW REMIX #5 : M.I.A. - Planes Booty (Atomic Hooligan Remix)

NEW REMIX #6 : Radiohead - "Reckoner" (Diplo Remix)

Will this be Lady Gaga at her 60's?

Peaches continues to release music videos for songs from her album I Feel Cream. Mommy Complex underwent major reconstruction with electroclash beats which made her popular back in early 2000s.

Okay, I may be a tad bit exaggerating here, but I'm sure you understand!
It's Clipse for crying out loud!
And YES, it's KINDA LIKE A BIG DEAL (pun intended)

BBC Radio 1 was graced by Lady Gaga and her crew as she perform some songs INCLUDING a cover of Coldplay hit Viva La Vida. The words may not have been entirely right but her quirky play with the lyrics- "Be my Chris, and I'll be your Gwyneth" was a Gaga trademark.

Over at Crushed Tin Box, I heard this really good Thin White Duke remix of Röyksopp featuring Karin Dreijer (The Knife) of What Else is There. If you happen to be uninformed,Röyksopp is an electronic and chillout music duo based in Bergen, Norway.

It's a comeback!

Every week keeps getting better and better. This week, BUFFET LIBRE made a surprise for everyone!

Marc Constanti gave me a heads up with Buffet Libre DJ's 'ALL YOU CAN EAT' mixes, two months after their latest mixtape. I've heard their previous Verbena's and although I didn't fall in love with Verbena 4 (80's Cover Project) that much compared to others, this one was particularly scrumptious.

In this post are Verbena n°5 still unreleased songs by artists as Miami Horror, Louis La Roche & Sidechains, Xinobi, Culture Prophet, Heads We Dance, The Requesters, Alex Metric & Autokratz, Diamond Cut, The Phantom's Revenge, The Outrunners & Russ Chimes and Electric Youth & Justin Faust, combined with some current faves like Designer Drugs and LA Riots giving it the freshest appeal.

I am completely enamored with this mixtape because of the consistent fusion of many genres of music, but without being overdone. Don't you agree?

There is still time left for me to blog about new trcks... so here it is!

CSS, the band of the Brazilian producer Adriano Cintra, remixed the Kings of Leon's "Bucket"!

The original remix was actually good, in my opinion. There are parts in the song where in you can get a feel of mind-numbing ecstasy. No kidding.

Kings of Leon - "Bucket" (CSS Remix)

"Twilight is the first series of books I've ever read. I didn't get into the Harry Potter series even though I love the movies. Twilight really caught my attention and held it. I'm really excited to see the book adapted to film and excited that our band gets to be a part of the phenomenon. I chose the title "Decode" because the song is about the building tension, awkwardness, anger and confusion between Bella and Edward. Bella's is the only mind Edward can't read and I feel like that's a big part of the first book and one of the obstacles for them to overcome. It's one added tension that makes the story even better." -- Hayley Williams, Paramore

Although the names of the other songs/artists which will be included on the soundtrack will not be released for a few more days, it is already available for pre-order. Click here to pre-order the official Twilight the movie soundtrack! Stay tuned for more soundtrack news.

Here are the lyrics (and mp3 link-up) for the officially obsessed fan which I got over here. Thanks!

Decode-Paramore

How can I decide what’s right

When you’re clouding up my mind?

I can’t win

You’re losing sight

All the time

Not gonna ever own what’s mine

When you’re always taking sides

But you won’t take away my pride

No, not this time

Not this time

How did we get here?

I used to know you so well

How did we get here?

Well, I think I know

The truth is hiding in your eyes

And it’s hanging on your tongue

Just boiling in my blood

But you think that I can’t see

What kind of man that you are

If you’re a man at all

Well, I will figure this one out

On my own

(I’m screaming, “I love you so”)

On my own

(My thoughts you can’t decode)

How did we get here?

I used to know you so well, yeah

How did we get here?

Well, I think I know

Do you see what we’ve done?

We’ve gone and made such fools

Of ourselves

Do you see what we’ve done?

We’ve gone and made such fools

Of ourselves

How did we get here?

I used to know you so well, yeah

How did we get here?

Well, I used to know you so well

I think I know

I think I know

There is something I see in you

It might kill me

I want it to be true

Jenna P., requested a link up for the Twilight track for the OST, so hence this post.

Haley has an awesome voice, obviously, but IDRK about Twilight. The pretty nasty stuff in Breaking Dawn was plain shitty, to be honest.

Released by 4th of November 2008

JUSTICE ATTACKS. WE SURRENDER.

September ended, and as the 10th month of the year begins, lets make a good headstart with (in my opinion), a few of the most party-savvy remixes I encountered over at the net. Let these remixes be the drumbeat that guides you. No I don't have a lot of free time. But I certainly make time for good music, and these seven tracks are it. Enjoy the music, tell your friends, and if you have anything in mind, tell me.

Madonna - Music (Groove Armada Mix) via Zshare

When we think of remix, we always have that percieved concept of how it should start and end. Well, this track starts in an unorthodox way but ends the way everyone wants it to.... Amazing.

Here is the rest of the list:

NEW REMIX #2 : Frank Musik - When You're Around (Boys Noize Remix)

NEW REMIX #3 : Vampire Weekend - "Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa" (The Teenagers Remix)

NEW REMIX #4: The Killers - "Human" (Christian Vorbau Remix)

NEW REMIX #5 : M.I.A. - Planes Booty (Atomic Hooligan Remix)

NEW REMIX #6 : Radiohead - "Reckoner" (Diplo Remix)

NEW REMIX #7 : Get Lucky (Twelves Remix) - New Young Pony Club

Frank Musik - When You're Aroud (BOYS NOIZE Remix)

We all know that Alexander Ridha (Alex Ridha / kiD Alex) is a multitalent. What more to do now than boost his ego with this wicked track he dropped recently, which I heard on Penned Madness? Pure genius.

Vampire Weekend - Cape Cod Kwassa Kwassa (The Teenagers Remix)

Vampire Weekend's lost in the hemisphere of Radiohead and TV on the Radio. What could've happened to them? Well, as of now they've released Ottoman for the movie Nick and Nora's Infinite Playlist, but if they continue on releasing amazing tracks like this remix, we'd surely be tailing them for a long time. Jesus, I'm loving the Teenagers more and more each day.

One of the best Reckoner remixes by Diplo. You can never go wrong with some Diplo. With this track they strengthen their place as one of the best remixers around. Thom looks pretty hot in this pic. Hehehe. Just a side comment. :)

It's a MGMT and Mash-up post overkill but I just can't help but share this to you guys. I got a chance to hear this Eve Massacre mash-up at am.fm.pm and I was smitten. Eve Massacre made one of this fall's sluttiest mash-up and Soulwax and Peaches get in on the mix as well. If it isn't your kind of thing, then listen to some of Vampire Weekend's song about house furniture.

Fuck the Kids - Eve Massacre (Peaches VS MGMT VS Soulwax VS Yeah Yeah Yeahs)

As Hot Chip recovers from the heat in Austin Texas, they released a cover of the Marvin Gaye classic, Sexual Healing. The intro begins with a very solemn melody but a few mixed up beats and disco-type is barely relateable to the original, but what it lacks in the soul, the blip-blop electronics' dreamy sound and nonchalant voice makes up for it.
